The Encompass Calling IVR Usage Report makes it easy for you to track minutes and SMS for your locations so you can anticipate any overage charges for the current billing period. Let's take a look at where you can find this report, and how to use it.
Accessing the IVR Usage Report
The IVR Usage Report can be found under the CRM menu > IVR Usage Report.
Filtering the IVR Usage Report
Use the filter options at the top at the report to narrow down the stores you want to see usage information for. Click 'Update' to apply your filters.
You can also choose to export your usage report by clicking 'Export'.
Reading the IVR Usage Report
Once you've applied your filters, the report will display with usage by store:
Column Name | Description |
Store | The store you are viewing IVR usage info for. |
Start Date | Date the current billing period started. |
End Date | Date the current billing period ends. |
Inbound Voice Minutes | Number of inbound minutes used in the current billing cycle / total allotted inbound voice minutes. |
Inbound Voice Minutes Overage | Amount to be charged for any inbound voice minutes in the current cycle to date. |
Outbound SMS | Number of outbound SMS sent in the current cycle / total allotted outbound SMS. |
Outbound SMS Overage | Amount to be charged for any outbound SMS messages in the current cycle to date. |
Voicemail Minutes | Number of voicemail minutes in the current cycle / total allotted voicemail minutes. |
Voicemail Minutes Overage | Amount to be charged for any voicemail minutes in the current cycle to date. |
Transcription Minutes | Number of transcription minutes in the current cycle / total allotted transcription minutes. |
Transcription Minutes Overage | Amount to be charged for any transcription minutes in the current cycle to date. |
Total | Total amount to be charged in current billing cycle to date. |
View Calls | Brings you to the call report for the current billing cycle to view individual call info. |
Important things to know about the IVR Usage Report
This report only shows information for the current billing cycle. You can find usage information for previous billing cycles in the individual stores' pages (Entities>Stores) within the 'Billing' tab at the bottom of the page.
Billing Start and End dates are, by default, based on when you opted-in for your IVR.
