Windows Defender might be blocking the download, as our software is not part of the Microsoft Store. You'll need to grant permissions to allow the installer to be downloaded in order to run it and install the software on your machine.
You may see some indication that the .msi installer is not being downloaded. Select the "..." to the right of the file name and message. From the drop-down, you should be able to select "Keep".
You will get another prompt asking for permissions in order to proceed. Click on the down arrow next to Delete, and select "Keep Anyway".
Once you have successfully downloaded the installer, double-click on it to run. Windows Defender SmartScreen will once again ask you if you would like to proceed. Select "Run Anyway".
