Microsoft has made some changes to Windows and no longer includes the .NET Framework that our Craftsman Update Software requires. Some users may run into problems downloading this .NET requirement.
To resolve this, please perform the following steps:
Click "Cancel" to exit out of Craftsman's installer error message.
Click "No" when prompted to proceed with the installation.
Download the .NET Framework 3.5 from Microsoft and install. This may take some time depending on the bandwidth and the computer's performance.
Once it has completed, re-run the National Estimator installer that initially failed. If the 'Program Maintenance' screen appears, choose 'Repair', and it should run through the remainder of the installation without issue.
