Click and hold on the first line you want to add to the estimate.
Still holding the mouse button down, drag the cursor down the page.
The shaded background shows the lines selected.
Release the mouse button.
Then click again in the selection.
Still holding the mouse button down, drag the selection left into your estimate.
The horizontal line is your guide to the insertion point.
Release the mouse button when the insertion point is correct.
In the Cost Row Editor, enter the quantity and press Tab.
When satisfied that the text and numbers are correct, correct, click Save.
Descriptions and costs will be inserted in your estimate.
Drag a cost line from costbook and drop into an estimate.
