Under Main Menu > Tools Menu, click:
Estimates, bids and invoices can include your company name contact numbers and a graphic.
Enter as much of your company information as you want to see on estimates, bid and invoices.
To add an image, click Select File and navigate to the image file of your choice.
Click on that image.
Click Open.
Click Save when done.
The company information will appear in the estimate, like so:
Tips:
Estimates, bids and invoices can also include your customer's name and address and job information. See Edit Customer Info and Edit Job Info.
Customer information first entered in Edit Company Info becomes the default and will be added to every new estimate. Thereafter, you’ll be asked if you want to change the default after making any change to company info. To change the default, see Default Company Info.
