Under Main Menu > Tools Menu, click:
Estimates, bids and invoices can include information about the job.
To include the job information in the estimate:
Enter as much information about the job as you want to see on estimates, bids and invoices.
Click Save when done.
The details about the job will appear in the estimate, like so:
