Under Main Menu > Tools Menu, click:
If you’re not satisfied with the company info added to new estimates, make changes.
Enter the information you want to appear automatically on new estimates.
Click Save when done.
The default company information will appear in all new estimates, like so:
Tips:
Customer information first entered in Edit Company Info becomes the default and will be added to every new estimate. Thereafter, you’ll be asked if changes made in Edit Company Info should also change the default.
Estimates can also include information about the customer and the job. See Edit Customer Info and Edit Job Info.
