Under Main Menu > Tools Menu, click:
Select a default program if you plan to convert estimates to invoices using either Excel, QuickBooks Desktop or QuickBooks Online.
Click the dropdown arrow.
Select either of the three programs.
Click Save Settings.
Your choice will be the default when creating invoices.
If QuickBooks Online is your choice, you'll have an opportunity to connect to your existing QuickBooks company.
Click to connect to your QuickBooks Online Account.
Sign in to connect with your QuickBooks Online account.
Check Use Default Accounts to let National Estimator Cloud create default income and expense accounts when exporting invoices to QuickBooks Online. If Use Default Accounts is not checked, the dropdown option lets you select existing accounts from your QBO company.
