We noticed some Crane Stars are experiencing Bitcoin (BTC) deposit delays lately. The lag is because the BTC network is experiencing high traffic, leading to slow processing time and potentially higher processing charges—two things you don’t want. But the delays are behind us if you follow the minimum BTC deposit limit fix.
What's the minimum BTC deposit limit on Crane?
We set a minimum deposit of 0.00011245 BTC to avoid BTC transaction delays. This means 0.0001245 BTC is the minimum amount you can receive on the Crane app. Any amount below the minimum limit will NOT be processed, leading to a transaction delay. While we understand this isn’t your preferred outcome, the minimum deposit limit is the best way to prevent deposit lags.
The minimum deposit in BTC is not static; however, the fee in U.S. dollars is dynamic and subject to the latest BTC-to-dollar market rate. Always check the "Top gainers” banner section on the Crane app for the updated rate.

Strict adherence to this fix will prevent any BTC deposit lag. However, should you experience any issues with your BTC transactions, contact support@usecrane.co for a quick resolution.
Why is there a minimum BTC deposit limit?
The BTC network is always experiencing high traffic. Authorisation entities (miners) typically prioritise transactions involving high compensation fees. We believe the minimum deposit limit will hasten transactions.
Does the new minimum deposit limit apply to all BTC networks?
Yes, the new minimum deposit limit applies to all BTC networks (BEP 20 and BTC) on Crane. Previously, the limit applied to only the BEP 20 network. However, the new deposit limit applies to both BTC networks (BEP and BTC).
Is the minimum BTC deposit equivalent to $50?
The dollar equivalent of the minimum deposit amount isn’t tied to a specific dollar amount. It depends on the market rate at the particular time.
