How to import your files faster

When you are going through onboarding, your employer usually asks you to provide some compliance documents (passport, CV, DBS etc.). This task is quite easy with Credentially. There are two ways to upload documents:

  • Drag and drop

  • One by one

  1. Drag and drop

Review the list of the mandatory documents. Make sure that you have all the files needed and put them into one folder on your computer. This approach will make the process faster.

Note: Please try to upload files in the following formats .pdf, .jpeg, .png, .docx, .tiff. Each file can be maximum of 100 MB.

Click the 'Upload' button (if your employer allows you to upload documents later, you will also see the button 'I don't have documents').

Upload documents one by one. If you select this option, you'll see the list of files you need to upload with the 'Upload' button next to each of them. Click each button to add individual files from your computer or take pictures of certificates.

When you click 'Upload' you put the file into the directory we have for this document type. To save you time, our AI system will try to determine the files' expiry dates automatically. However, some mistakes are possible

If you forget to upload something or provide an expired certificate by mistake, you can always upload additional files directly to your profile.

If you get stuck at any of these steps, you can always contact our Support Team at support@credentially.io
