There are two ways to upload documents to your profile:

  1. During the onboarding process. When you onboard with an employer using Credentially, you will be prompted to upload documents. You can do this by clicking 'upload', selecting the documents you wish to upload, and then confirming the details in them.

  2. Upload documents from your profile. If you need to update your compliance documents or provide additional certificates upon request, follow the steps below:

  • Click at 'My profile' in the top right corner of the page

  • Open the 'Documents' tab.

  • Click 'Upload' next to the document type you'd like to upload.

  • If you can't find the document you want to upload in the list, click 'Upload other'.

  • Select the document you need and wait until it's uploaded and processed. While Credentially is uploading and preparing one certificate, you can upload other files.

Tip: To upload more than one file, please first upload the first file by clicking "Upload". After, click on the drop-down menu and choose the "Upload a new version" option to upload other files.

Credentially note: Please upload files in the .pdf, .jpeg, .png, .docx, or .tiff formats to have full-supported document preview option. Each file can be maximum of 100 MB

  • When the file is marked as 'Awaiting approval' click 'Review'.

  • You will see the review form.

  • Check whether the type of document has been recognised correctly. If not, start typing its name in the field at the top of the page, and Credentially will suggest possible options.

  • Check whether the issue date and expiry date are correc65gfct and change them if needed.

  • Click 'Save Changes'.

Credentially note: please keep in mind once your Administrator has approved the uploaded documents, you will not be able to edit or delete yourself the approved documents. " - let's also update a bit the last bit in the article
