What do different compliance statuses in the 'staff' table mean for an Administrator?

There are two types of compliance statuses in Credentially:

  • NON-COMPLIANT - means that a user doesn't meet one or more compliance requirements

  • COMPLIANT - everything is fine.

To check a user's compliance status, find them in the 'Staff' table and check the 'Compliance' column:

To understand why a user has the Non-Compliant status, check the 'Tags' column. You can find out more about tags in this article

If you want to learn more about how to configure compliance requirements for employees, please refer to the following article: How to set up compliance requirements

How can users check their compliance status themselves?

Users can also check their compliance status in their profile. To do this they'd need to click 'dashboard' on the left hand side as shown below:

Once they have clicked 'Dashboard' there compliance percentages will show like below:

To understand why you have the Non-Compliant status, check the tags. They can be found next to the compliance status on the dashboard. You can find out more about tags in this article

For example, in this case, the user is non-compliant. There are 3 reasons for it (just like the number of tags):

1. The user has document's missing

2. The user hasn't uploaded references

3. The user hasn't filled out the professional registration information
