I am seeing the message "Your Credit File is Frozen" upon sign up or log in.

Sometime in the past, you may have placed a fraud alert or credit freeze with a credit bureau. When trying to access your free Credit Report Card with Credit.com, you may discover that you have a fraud alert or credit freeze on your Experian credit file. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide your free credit report card if you have a fraud alert or credit freeze on your file with Experian.

For more information, please visit Experian directly at:

Credit.com receives this information directly from Experian regarding your free credit report card and we do not have the ability to edit, add, or remove any information from your credit file. Please keep in mind that if you unfreeze your credit report and try to log in or sign up the same day or within a few days, you may not see your information right away. We do not receive information from Experian in real-time so you may need to wait for the next update from Credit.com before you are seeing the changes go through.

When the fraud alert or credit freeze expires and is no longer on your Experian report, we hope you'll return to Credit.com to get your Credit Report Card.
