How to downgrade or upgrade your service
Updated over a week ago

You can downgrade or upgrade your subscription under your My Account section of your Credit.com portal or by clicking here (you must be logged in first).

If you are downgrading, then here are a few things to keep in mind when downgrading your services with ExtraCredit.

  1. You won’t have access to ExtraCredit after your next billing date, but you’ll still have access to your free Credit Report Card at Credit.com.

  2. If you have rent and utility payments that began reporting to the credit bureaus, you will have 14 days to reinstate ExtraCredit services before your rent and utility payments will stop reporting.

  3. Account Monitoring, Dark Web Monitoring, and ID Theft Insurance will be stopped day of downgrade.

  4. After your next billing date, you’ll only have access to your free VantageScore 3.0 from Experian that is updated every 14 days through Credit.com.

  5. If you utilized RestoreIt with CreditRepair.com, your $24.99 discount on credit repair services will still continue unless you have cancelled with CreditRepair.com directly.

Please go to: My Account - Manage Services.

You will be able to upgrade to Extra Credit or downgrade to Basic.
