Cash in is the process of adding funds to your Crema Wallet. This lets you pay Gigs using Crema Wallet as your payment source, making it more efficient, specially when you need to do pay multiple Gigs. Cash in is available in the following ways:
United States 🇺🇸
Domestic Wire or ACH transfer to your account.
Click the “Cash-in” button in your dashboard
Choose the amount you want to transfer, and, copy the transfer details and transfer from your bank.
Generally, it takes between 24-48 hours for the system to receive the transfer, so please allow for that time to pass.
Credit or Debit card payment through Gig creation
Create a “collect” Gig to pay your own account
Copy the Gig ID at the end.
Using a different browser session, paste the Gig ID URL into the URL browser field, and it will show you the Gig.
Click the “Pay Gig” button at the bottom of the screen.
Please select pay as guest and follow the steps and at the end, payment by card.
Mexico 🇲🇽
SPEI transfer to your STP Crema account.
Click the “Cash-in” button in your dashboard.
Choose the amount you want to transfer, and, copy the transfer details and transfer from your bank.
Please also ensure that you put the reference correctly in the reference field. If not, the system won’t pick up your transfer directly to your account and it has to be manually located. If that is the case, please contact us at help@crema.cm
Generally, it takes between a couple of hours for the system to receive the transfer, so please allow for that time to pass.
