At Crema, we offer multiple payment options to ensure clients have a smooth and secure experience when paying freelancers. This guide explains the various payment methods available and how to use them.

Payment Methods Available

Clients on Crema can choose from the following payment methods to pay freelancers:

1. Credit or Debit Card

2. Wire Transfer

3. Crema Wallet

Paying with Credit or Debit Card

Paying with a credit or debit card is the most straightforward option for clients.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Processing Time: Payments made with a card are processed instantly. Funds will appear in the freelancer's account once the payment is confirmed.

Paying via Wire Transfer

Wire transfers are a secure way to transfer funds directly from your bank account to the freelancer. When selecting a payment method, choose Wire Transfer. You will receive the necessary bank account details for the transfer. Complete the transaction via your bank's online portal or at a bank branch.

Processing Time: Wire transfers can take 2-5 business days to process, depending on the bank and the country.

Important Note: Ensure you include the reference number provided by Crema to ensure the payment is correctly linked to your account.

Paying with Crema Wallet

The Crema Wallet is an internal payment system that allows clients to store funds for quick and easy payments. A Crema account is required for this. You can top up your Crema Wallet using a credit/debit card or via wire transfer. Once your wallet is funded, it can be used to pay freelancers instantly.

Processing Time: Payments made via Crema Wallet are processed instantly.

Refunds and Disputes

If a refund is needed or if there's a dispute over payment, Crema offers support to help mediate and resolve the issue.

Refunds are typically processed through the original payment method.
