Step by step to Identity Verification, QR Scan, and restarting the process.

Crema requests identity verification to ensure the security and integrity of our platform. This essential step helps us comply with financial regulations, prevent fraud, and protect both our users and the Crema community. By verifying identities, we can provide a safer and more trustworthy environment for all users to manage their finances and conduct transactions with confidence.

Guide to Identity Verification

Make sure to have your valid official identification on hand, as you will need it.

Step 1: Access Cashout

Login to your Crema account, and select "Cashout" in the Wallet.

Step 2: Enter amount

Once inside, enter the amount you wish to withdraw and proceed to select the account or fill in the required information. Then, click on 'Cashout.' Once the request is processed, the verification window will appear. Click on 'Next.'

Step 3: Scan QR

Upon entering the verification module, a small QR code will be displayed, which you should scan with your mobile device to initiate the process. After scanning, do not close the verification window, as it will automatically redirect you to your Crema account.

Step 4: Complete on your device

The following steps will depend on the device you are using. You may be prompted to grant permission to access the camera and microphone, which you should accept. Remember to have your valid official identification documentation on hand. Once you have completed the steps on your device, simply wait for the process to finish, indicating that you can close the browser window on your mobile device.

Step 5: Confirmation

Once the process is completed, and your verification is approved, the browser will redirect you to the Crema page, confirming the success of your verification, and no need to re-enter your data.


Restarting Identity Verification

In some cases, due to factors beyond Crema's control, you may have experienced errors, interruptions in the process, or a loss of internet connection. Don't worry; you can resume your verification by following these steps:

Step 1: Select Settings

On your Crema homepage, in the upper right corner, you will find your username. Click on it to display the 'Settings' option. Then, select 'Settings.'

Step 2: Scan QR

There, you will find the verification details, its status, and a QR code that you should scan with your mobile device. Then, follow the steps mentioned above.
