Cash outs take up 3 business days to process. We appreciate your patience.
Once you have received funds to your Crema wallet you can cash-out those funds to:
Click on the “Cash-out” button on you dashboard or in your wallet tab.
Once clicked, choose the amount you want to cash-out.
Choose Local Bank, Crypto wallet, or PayPal address.
Local Bank Account
Please review the countries to which local bank account transfers are supported.
Once you chose the option local bank account, you will be asked to choose the country in which your bank is located.
Choose the country
Input the required fields.
Click on the “Finish” button.
You should receive your funds in your bank account in 1-3 business days.
Crypto Wallet
Supported wallets: USDT
Chose the option “Crypto”
Select USDT
Select wallet address for ETHEREUM (Erc20). We currently do not support other networks.
Once you have selected the network of your wallet you can go ahead and click on the “Finish” button.
Please ensure that your wallet address is correct and that it is using the correct network. If you chose the wrong address or the wrong network or the wrong currency WE WILL NOT be able to change it and the funds will most likely be lost. So please, double check the information before you click finish.

PayPal
Choose the option PayPal.
After you have selected the amount you want to cash-out, you can select the PayPal button.
Once you have selected PayPal, you will be prompted to input an email that is registered with your PayPal account.
Once you have done that, all you have to do is click on the “Finish” button and the Cash-out will be executed within 24 hours.
*Please note, that you can only cash-out to a PayPal Account that is yours and under your name. You cannot use a child account or an account that is not under your name. This is for compliance reasons. If you want someone else to receive money to their PayPal account you will have to invite them to Use Crema and Pay them to their Crema account using your funds in your wallet as a payment method. Once they receive the funds to their Crema wallet, they can then proceed to cash-out to their own PayPal account.
