New Region and Multiselect Filters
Managing many trucks on the Daily Truck List can cause a lot of scrolling to find the trucks you need to review. We've added a new way to manage your trucks by using the Truck Region Setting as a filter on the Daily Truck List. You can now add different regions, filter by those regions, and show fewer trucks to make them easier to manage.
You can add trucks to a region or add new regions by changing the settings in the Truck Settings Page under Region Description.
In addition, the existing Types and Drivers filters are now multiselect, giving you more flexibility to refine what you see.
Multifilter selection
To use the multiselect, make sure to follow these steps:
If "All" is selected, you must first unselect the All box
You then have access to individual drivers
Select the individual drivers and then hit "Apply"
This same interaction applies to the Region and Type filter as well.
There are a few things to know:
Filter Re-set and "stickyiness."
The filters for the daily Truck List are now sticky to the browser, not to the company. You will need to make sure they are set correctly on each browser.
Please note: This update will refresh your filters and reset them to all being unselected. You will need to re-select those filters.
3rd Party Hauler Filtering
If you use the 3rd Party hauler function in Dispatching, you will notice the 3rd party hauler choice in the Types filter list has now moved to the left side of the screen and become a toggle.
Please note that the Region, Type, and Driver filters will also be disabled when the Haulers toggle is selected.
