In the past, to access an invoice for a job in the Customer Center, you had to open Billing, navigate to the Invoice list, filter by customer, and search for the specific job number. That's a lot of clicks.
Now, the Invoice Icon in the Customer Center gives you quick access and opens the related invoice, so you can view details and process payments faster than before.
Locate the Job in the Customer Center
Open the Customer Center and navigate to the specific job you wish to review.
Look for the new Invoice Icon in the lower-right corner of the Request Information pane, near the other job icons.
One-Click Navigation
Clicking the Invoice Icon opens the related invoice in Billing. This can be any type of invoice from the Queue, Scheduled, or Invoice Tabs.
Review and Work on the Invoice
You can now review the driver’s work, check for missing products, and verify quantities. You can then advance this invoice through the billing process as you would normally in CRO Billing.
Billing Login
Currently, if you're not logged in to billing, the system prompts you to log in. We are upgrading the login system so that logging into Dispatch automatically logs you into billing. In the future, you'll be able to open billing with a single click on the invoice icon, making the process seamless.
