Why does CRO keep asking for an Asset number?

Why does CRO keep asking for an Asset number?

Updated over 8 months ago

Asset Numbers are a fantastic way to properly keep track of every single asset in your inventory. It makes sure that the exact asset that's on-site is the one you're expecting, and keeps a beautiful trail in its history from the moment it was dropped to when it's finally picked up and returned to your yard.

Now, CRO doesn't *require* you to use Asset Numbers, but by default, the feature is turned on. This is because most of our providers depend on properly used Asset Numbers to keep from every losing place of where their assets are.

If you either don't require Asset Numbers on every asset or you simply don't want to be kept from finishing job requests due to lacking numbered assets, then you can easily turn this feature off.

CRO does not require you to keep track of your Asset Numbers, but it does allow you to use them at your discretion when this option is turned off. You can still request that your drivers enter numbers, they will just not be required to do so, any longer.

Once you turn this feature back on, you'll be required to enter proper asset numbers, again.
