Why can't I see the invoice I just generated?

Why can't I see the invoice I just generated?

Updated over 8 months ago

The Transactions page of CRO Billing is where you will find all of your final invoices. These are the actual invoices that you can edit, delete and possibly even print, email or send to QuickBooks.

Sometimes, however, you'll create an invoice from the Schedule page, especially, and you won't be able to see it on the Transactions page. Believe it or not, the answer is deceptively simple.

When you "Create Early" from the Schedule page, or even if your "Create On" date is different from the "Next Invoice Date" then you'll find that the invoices won't show until you adjust your date range. For example, if your Scheduled invoice was dated 12/25 and you generate it on 12/23, then you will have to include 12/25 in your date range to see the invoice.

It's important to keep in mind that the date range is vitally important when viewing Transactions and Reports within CRO Billing. Any time that you don't see something you just generated, it's prudent to double-check your Date Range and make sure that you've included the date(s) of the invoice(s)!
