When & how to request a change
Changes can only be made after 12 months of your rental agreement.
Submit the request via the To Be At App → Move & Manage at least one month in advance.
You will find two allonge forms there. Choose the one that applies to your situation.
What kind of changes are possible?
There are two scenarios, each with its own allonge:
Someone is leaving and no one is replacing them
Use the allonge titled “Change of Tenant – Person Leaving (No Replacement)”Someone is leaving and someone new is taking their place
Use the allonge titled “Change of Tenant – Person Leaving & New Person Joining”
After you submit the correct form, we will process it within 5 working days.
Important to know
A €40 administrative fee applies.
After a change, no further updates can be made for another 12 months.
