Creating Your Online Will

Updated over 3 months ago

Crux allows eligible users to create a fully legally compliant online will directly from their dashboard. This feature is currently available only to UK residents and UK citizens living abroad. Crux uses Vera, our AI assistant, to guide you step by step, and every will is reviewed by UK solicitors within 48 business hours.

How to Create Your Online Will

1. Go to your dashboard

  1. Log into Crux.

  2. On your main dashboard, click Create Your Will.

2. Answer supported questions with Vera

Crux uses Vera, our AI assistant, to help you complete the will by asking simple, structured questions about:

  • Your personal details

  • Your beneficiaries

  • Specific gifts or distributions

  • Executors or guardians (if applicable)

  • Your general inheritance wishes

You only need to answer the questions. Vera builds the full will for you.

3. Review your draft

Once Vera generates your will, you can:

  • Review all details

  • Edit any section

  • Confirm the final draft

4. Submit for solicitor approval

After confirming your draft, Crux sends your will to UK solicitors partnered with Crux.

5. Receive approval within 48 business hours

A qualified UK solicitor reviews your will to ensure it is legally valid and compliant.
Once approved, your will is officially valid under UK law.
