You can update your Crux will at any time. When you update your will, Crux generates a new version which will then undergo solicitor review again to ensure full legal compliance. You may also choose to revoke your will entirely.
How to Update Your Will
Go to your dashboard.
Select Edit Will or Create New Version.
Vera will support you through updating the sections that changed.
Confirm your new draft.
Crux sends the updated will to solicitors for validation.
Your updated will becomes valid once approved.
⚠️ Only the most recently approved version is considered legally valid.
How to Revoke Your Will
You can revoke your will in two ways:
1. Create and approve a new will
A new approved will automatically revokes previous versions.
2. Request revocation inside Crux
If you no longer want a will stored in Crux:
Go to Will Settings.
Select Revoke Will.
Confirm your choice.
Once revoked, the document is no longer considered valid.
Troubleshooting
My changes didn’t save: Ensure you confirmed the updated version before submitting to solicitors.
I see multiple versions: Only the latest approved version is legally recognized.
