As the operator, you call tiles by clicking on them in the CUE admin interface. When you click a tile and confirm, it triggers several things simultaneously: the tile appears in a notification area at the top of all fans' screens with a small animation, and any fans who have that tile on their card will see it start pulsating to draw attention. The called tiles accumulate in the display area so fans can see the full history of what's been called. This means if a fan steps away and returns, they can quickly catch up by tapping all the tiles that were called in their absence. The system is designed so fans don't need to constantly watch their phones — they can glance periodically and mark multiple tiles at once.
