How quickly should we cycle through fans during a FanSee activation?

We recommend cycling through fans every 5-6 seconds. This pace serves multiple purposes: it gives each fan enough time to recognize themselves on the video board and have a genuine reaction, keeps the content fresh and exciting for the audience, and allows you to feature as many participating fans as possible during your activation window. The quick rotation also serves as a natural safeguard against inappropriate behavior—by the time a fan realizes they're on screen, you're already switching to the next person, minimizing any potential exposure to unwanted content. Your moderator can easily remove fans from the display with a single click and immediately add new fans from the queue, creating a dynamic viewing experience that increases the likelihood other fans will scan in, knowing they have a good chance of being featured. VIPs or special guests can be kept on screen longer as needed, but standard fans should be rotated through quickly. For maximum impact, run FanSee for as long as your matchday script allows, and consider running it multiple times throughout the event (such as once or twice pregame and again at halftime) to maximize participation and create more memorable fan moments.
