While the standard code is available for all fans to scan and join the queue, the VIP QR code is a dedicated code you can share with specific people — celebrities, former athletes, executives, sponsors, VIP ticket holders, or anyone you want to feature prominently.
When someone scans the VIP code, their video feed appears in your operator dashboard with a distinctive visual indicator (such as a blue or glowing border), making them instantly identifiable among hundreds of other participants. You can toggle a 'VIPs' filter in the Control panel to view only VIP participants, allowing you to quickly locate and feature important guests without scrolling through the entire queue.
This feature eliminates the need to chase down special guests with handheld cameras — simply text them the VIP QR code or show it on a phone, and they'll be immediately visible and ready to feature on the video board.
