FanSee includes a dedicated VIP QR code feature that allows you to feature VIPs, celebrities, sponsors' guests, and other special attendees on your video board without them getting lost in the general queue. While regular fans scan the standard QR code displayed on the video board to enter the general queue, you can give VIPs a separate VIP QR code (on a phone, laptop, or printed card) to scan. When they scan it, they appear in a completely separate queue within the moderation panel with a distinct blue highlight, making them instantly identifiable. As the operator, you can filter your queue to show only VIP entries, eliminating the need to hunt through potentially hundreds of regular submissions. This feature is particularly valuable for putting notable guests on screen who will generate crowd reactions, featuring sponsors' hospitality guests, ensuring birthday celebrants or team legends are prioritized, and even connecting a device in a player tunnel or locker room to capture behind-the-scenes moments. The VIP feature also provides operational efficiency — you can feature special guests without needing to dispatch camera crews or coordinate with production teams to reach them, which is especially useful when VIPs are in locations that are difficult to access with traditional camera equipment or when your production resources are already committed elsewhere.
