Any graphic designated as a 'frame' in FanSee must be a transparent PNG file rather than a solid JPEG. This is because the frame overlays on top of the fan's video feed — if you upload a solid JPEG, you would only see your graphic and not the person's video coming through. The transparent areas of your PNG allow the fan's video to show through while your branded elements, borders, or decorative frames appear around them. This applies to both the mobile frame that fans see on their phones and the output frames that appear on the mainboard display.
