Awarding prizes during FanSee is straightforward and happens directly from the Control panel. When a fan is displayed on your screen, you'll see a trophy icon above their phone feed. Simply click that 'Award User' button, and all the prizes configured in your account will appear as options. Select the prize you want to deliver, and it will immediately drop to that fan's phone. This allows you to seamlessly reward fans who appear on the video board without any complicated workflows — just make sure your prizes are built out and loaded into the system ahead of time.
