To sync your hype video with the Light Show, upload your MP4 file directly to the CUE platform using the 'Load Track' option in the Timeline section. Once uploaded, CUE will program the flashlight patterns to match both the audio track and the visual content of your video. The platform then provides a green box with a link that outputs your MP4‚ you can push this link directly to your video board. When you're ready to activate, you'll download the WAV file with the audio triggers from Game Design > Controls and play that file through your venue's sound system. This approach gives you a single synchronized experience where hitting play triggers both the video board content and the phone flashlights simultaneously, eliminating the need to manually time multiple elements.
