How do I view, filter, and export data about fans who participated in CUE activations?

CUE's User Management section provides a comprehensive view of every fan who has participated in your activations, along with their collected data and engagement history. Access it through the main menu by clicking your organization name in the upper right, selecting 'Full' menu, then User Management. This section displays all registered users with their contact information, engagement history, and last activity date.

From User Management, you can: - Filter users by date range (e.g., June 1st through June 30th), specific products (e.g., only Polling Mania and PostUP), or individual activation instances - View which specific games or events fans participated in, including metrics like total scans, unique users, total engagement time, and prizes distributed - Track detailed participation (e.g., that a specific fan participated in the Light Show during a match against a particular opponent, or sent photos via PostUP at a specific game) - Export filtered data as a spreadsheet with all collected user information - View individual user details, block or ban specific users, and manually award prizes

Note that with large user bases (thousands of participants), the user list may take a moment to generate. This is particularly useful for end-of-season reports, sponsor deliverables, analyzing engagement across specific promotional periods, and creating rich fan profiles when combined with other data systems like ticketing or biometric entry.
