If fans simply switch away from the browser to take a phone call, send a text, or use another app, they can return to the CUE experience by switching back to their open browser tab—no rescanning needed. However, if they completely close the browser window, they would need to either scan the QR code again, tap an NFC-enabled card if you're using that technology, or click a direct link from a landing page to rejoin. The experience will pick up wherever you are in the activation timeline, so late joiners or people rejoining don't miss out. We recommend periodically putting the QR code back on screen during longer events to help anyone who may have closed out rejoin easily.
