Unique prize codes should be provided in a CSV file with a simple format: all codes listed in Column A with no header row and no rich text formatting. Just a clean list of codes, one per row. The platform supports both text-based codes and barcode formats (Code 128 or Code 205) depending on what your redemption partner's scanning system requires. When setting up the prize, you can choose whether codes are distributed sequentially or randomly.
