To upload prize codes to AR Prize Drop via CSV, your file must be formatted as a single column with no header row. List each code or URL in column A starting from cell A1, with one code per row. The system reads only the first column and distributes codes sequentially as prizes are won. Do not include multiple columns with additional data like descriptions — only the code or URL itself should be present. If your prize provider sends you a spreadsheet with multiple columns of information, extract just the codes into a single-column CSV before uploading. The system will properly parse and display all code formats, including complex codes such as 15-digit hexadecimal strings, and can include them in email communications for winner redemption.
