Yes, CUE has a dedicated EU cluster for European clients that ensures all data — not just personally identifiable information (PII) — is stored and processed entirely within Europe. For clients requiring EU data residency, this means your activations run entirely on European servers without any data traveling back to North America. CUE has already migrated PII storage for EU clients that require it, and is now completing the infrastructure to run all product functionality (like trivia answers, poll responses, etc.) entirely within Europe as well. The first client on the EU cluster is launching soon, and CUE will work with existing EU clients to migrate them during appropriate breaks in their event schedules to ensure zero disruption.
