Yes, CUE's data collection is fully GDPR compliant. All fan data is hosted in Europe and adheres to GDPR regulations. The data is accessible to you and your partners (such as sponsors), but CUE does not access or use your fan data — it holds no value to us, though we understand it's extremely valuable to clubs and their commercial partners. You can include mandatory consent checkboxes for commercial communications, and fans must check these boxes before proceeding with the activation. After the event, you can export all collected data and use it for your marketing and fan engagement purposes. We can configure the data collection to be as simple (just email) or as comprehensive (name, email, phone, plus custom questions) as you need, and we can make certain fields mandatory or optional based on your requirements.
