PostUP is designed to be one of our lowest-maintenance products. Once configured and set up on your video board, it essentially runs itself with minimal staff involvement. The primary operational task is periodic moderation: someone on your team logs into the moderation panel (which can be done from a phone) roughly every 20 minutes to review and approve or reject incoming fan submissions. Approved content automatically appears on your video board output. This moderation step ensures no inappropriate content goes live on your big screens, as all fan photos, videos, and AI transformations require approval before display. Beyond this light moderation duty, PostUP runs as a background activation throughout your event. Fans naturally understand what to do just by seeing the display on screen, so no constant promotion is needed—though a host or MC can introduce it if desired. This makes PostUP perfect for filling dead time during events without requiring significant attention from your production team.
