PostUP moderation requires surprisingly little time during a game. You don't need someone dedicated to it for the entire event. A typical approach is to approve a batch of photos (around 20) right before each segment when you plan to display PostUP on the video board. For example, if you're showing PostUP for 15 minutes pre-game plus three 5-minute segments during halftime, you're really only actively moderating for maybe 20 minutes total throughout the entire game. This makes it easy to add moderation duties to an existing staff member's role rather than hiring someone dedicated to the task.
