Where can I add sponsor branding and logos in PostUP, and how do fans see it?

PostUP offers multiple strategic locations for sponsor integration across the entire experience:

**On the Mainboard Display:** - Internal Source Icon: Add a sponsor logo to the bottom right corner of photos as they cycle through the display - Image Upload slots: Use these dedicated positions for sponsor logos, QR codes, or 'presented by' lockup graphics combining your team and sponsor branding - Background design: Incorporate sponsor branding into your motion background video or static background image, or use animated/dynamic backgrounds for a more impactful look - Left and right graphic panels: Frame the photo display with sponsor branding elements

**On Photos Fans Save and Share:** - Branded frames and overlays: Add custom frames, lower thirds, or decorative borders that include sponsor logos. These appear both on the mainboard display and on photos fans save to their devices - Social icon/watermark: Add a sponsor logo (500x500 pixels) to the bottom corner of every photo. When fans save their photo to their phone or share it on social media, the sponsor branding travels with it — extending brand exposure far beyond the stadium - You can configure different icons for the mainboard and mobile versions, giving you flexibility in how sponsor branding appears across touchpoints

**Mobile Experience:** - Add sponsor logos or messaging to the dialogue text that appears on the mobile side when fans are uploading photos

**Multiple Branded Instances:** You can create multiple PostUP instances with completely different sponsor branding, color schemes, and logos. This allows you to run different sponsored activations throughout the season or at the same game (one during pregame, another at mid-game), or for special events like City Connect games or heritage nights. Each instance carries its own appropriate branding both on the video board output and on photos fans download to share.

**Best Practice:** For comprehensive sponsor integration, create a unified 'presented by' lockup graphic, use the Internal Source Icon for subtle photo attribution, incorporate branding into your background design, and enable social icons so the sponsor logo appears on all saved photos. This multi-touchpoint approach ensures sponsor visibility across both the video board and individual fan devices, while fans who share their branded photos become brand ambassadors on social media.
