How can we use PostUP for graduation ceremonies across multiple schools or venues?

PostUP is ideal for graduation ceremonies and works exceptionally well for school districts or organizations running events across multiple venues. You can create one branded design for the mobile experience and mainboard display, then clone that instance for each school or venue. Each cloned instance gets its own unique QR code, ensuring that photos submitted by families at one school's graduation don't appear at another school's ceremony. This keeps visual branding uniform across all locations while maintaining content separation, with each instance having its own moderation queue.

PostUP typically runs continuously from when doors open until shortly before the ceremony begins—typically 45 to 50 minutes of continuous content display. During this time, families see a rotating gallery of student photos, senior pictures, baby pictures, and moments from throughout the students' years. You can share the QR code with students and families ahead of time so they submit content before the ceremony, ensuring you have a rich library of photos ready to display when guests arrive. About 10 minutes before the ceremony officially starts, you can switch to your own slideshows or program content.

The cloning process is straightforward—once your branded template is set up, duplicating it for additional venues takes just moments. PostUP is designed to be a 'set it and forget it' solution that fills screen time naturally while still requiring moderation to ensure appropriate content, creating a meaningful, personalized experience that celebrates the graduating class.
