We generally recommend disabling the 'Allow Access to Post Feed' option in your PostUP settings. When enabled, this feature displays a button that allows fans to bypass the submission step and view the approved posts feed directly — either browsing all approved photos and previously submitted content or just their own submissions. While this can support passive engagement, it distracts from your activation's primary objective: getting fans to submit their own content. By disabling this toggle, fans see only the core action buttons (take photo, upload, AI filter) and must first submit a photo or video before they can access the post feed. This keeps the experience focused on participation rather than consumption, ensures every engaged fan contributes content, and typically results in more fan submissions and better engagement metrics. Fans can still browse and like posts after submitting their own content.
