Navigate to the CUE Support section, select 'Prize Drop,' and click on the spec guide link. This document details all required image dimensions, file formats, and design recommendations for each graphic element including the game title image, frame image, parachute prize image, backgrounds, and no-prize graphic. Your CUE Client Success Manager will also send you the spec guide directly via email during onboarding to share with your design team.
