When creating multiple shows or events, the structure is often the same or very similar. In that case, using an Episode Template is the most efficient way to create new Episodes.
In Cuez, your team can build an Episode that a Project admin can convert into an Episode Template. You can define the structure (Parts, Items, Blocks), add content (text, clips, images), and configure Columns and Timings. This allows you to prepare a large part of your Episodes in advance and create new content more efficiently.
Once an Episode Template has been created by a Project Admin, it can be used to create new Episodes. The new Episode inherits the structure, content, Columns, and Timings from the Template, so you can focus only on what needs to change for that specific show or event.
Episode Templates can be edited to stay up to date based on your needs. They can also be deleted if no longer required.
