When creating multiple shows or events, the main structure will likely be the same (or at least very similar) across these Episodes. The most efficient way to create your Episodes in such a case, would be through the use of a Template.

In Cuez, your team can build an Episode that Project admins can convert into an Episode Template. You can create your main structure (Parts, Items, Blocks), add content to it (text, clips, images,...), and even add Columns and Timings. This allows you to prepare a big part of your Episodes in advance, and to create new content in a fast and efficient way.

Once your Episode Template has been created by a Project admin, it can be used to create a new Episode. The new Episode takes the structure, content, Columns and Timings of the Episode Template, allowing you to then focus on the changes that are needed specifically for the show or event you are creating.

Episode Templates can be edited to keep them up-to-date with your needs.

Episode Templates can be deleted if needed as well.
