How To Access Contracts

You can access your contract by opening the workroom of your proposal and then selecting "Contracts" at the top of the page.

Adding A New Contract and Sorting Sections

Select the "+" Icon to add a contract into your event. You can add multiple contracts to an event. This can help you manage your Booking, Rental, Catering, Venue, and/or Vendor contracts!

If you have more than one contract, you can sort your contracts by clicking the up and down arrows as seen below.

Edit, hide, and save as a template

At the top of the contract in the edit toolbar there are several options to help you edit and organize your contracted in a legible way. You can also use the eye icon to hide this contract.

Clicking the contract menu will allow you to edit the contract name, save this contract as a contract template, archive the contract or delete the contract. You cannot edit or hide a contract after it has been signed by your client, however you are able to archive the signed contract if needed.

Signatures

You can add in your own signature by clicking the "Add Your Signature" button at the bottom of the contract. Click the blue "+" icon to add in a place for your client to sign. Signature fields are set live as soon as they are added, there is no need to republish the proposal to add in a second signature field for your client. Keep in mind that edits cannot be made after the contract is signed, that includes additional signature fields.
