Templates are a great way to save time and effort! Learn how to use Templates throughout your proposal.


Proposal Section Templates

You can build templates for your payment and contract sections to pull preset information into your proposal with a few easy steps! Let's see how this works for the payment section and contracts!


Payment Section Template

  • Navigate over to the payments section of your event.

  • Add the number of desired payment lines your business prefers.

  • Adjust the amounts and descriptions for each line (you will need to update the payment due dates for each line to be event specific).

  • Click the templates button in the top right of the section, then select "Save as Template" to reuse these payment settings in future proposals!

  • To apply an existing template to a fresh proposal, click the template button and choose "Select from Existing Template".


Contract Section Template

  • Navigate over to the Contracts section of your event.

  • Click on the "..." on the top right of the screen. Select "Save As Template".

  • Name the template and click "Save Changes".

  • To apply an existing contract template to a fresh proposal, click the + button on the contracts screen. A box will appear that will allow you to name the contract and select a template.
