Contacts is your home base to add/edit/view all customer or vendor contacts in the Curate application. If you have a spreadsheet full of contacts that you would like to upload to Curate, please see our Bulk Imports article for a template and a how to video to get started!
How to navigate to the Contact page:
You can navigate to the Contact page by logging into Curate and clicking the left sidebar option called Contacts.
How do I add a new contact?
There are three methods of adding a contact into the system.
Option #1: You can add a new contact during the event creation process.
Option #2: From the Contacts Page, click the Add new contact button on the top right corner.
Option #3: You may bulk import many contacts at one time! Click the Bulk Import button from the Contacts page and see our Bulk Imports article for a template and a how to video to get started!
How do I edit or delete a contact?
Navigate back to the Contacts page, locate the contact in question and click their name. This will display two options. The pencil icon will allow you to edit the contact's information. The trash can icon will allow you to delete the contact from the system

I'm getting an error saying I can't add a new contact? How do I fix this?
The most common reason this happens is the email address is already in use with another contact. You may even see an error in the bottom left corner that will state this as well.
Please go back to the contact search and try searching the the original contact. If you're unable to locate the contact by name, please visit the Contacts page and search by email to locate the other account that has the email address. Once located you can choose to edit or delete the other contact if it's not in use.
