How to share an event proposal

This article covers all the details of how to share your event proposals with your clients!

  • From you Events page, locate and click the event proposal that you would like to share

  • Navigate to the Workroom

  • Next you will want to confirm that your proposal has been published. You can do this by looking and the Version dropdown on the top left side or by clicking the Publish button on the top right side

  • Next click on the Share button located on the top right corner

  • This will load the Share with Client box. This will allow you to share via email, link, or download a PDF copy of the event proposal. If you're looking to send an email and have setup an email template, you can use one of those at this time. Otherwise fill in the appropriate boxes and hit the Send button at the bottom of the pop up screen.

  • This is also where you can copy a link to the proposal to send in a different way such as on social media or by text message. You may also choose to download a PDF copy of the event proposal at the bottom of this pop up box.
