Event proposal versions can be viewed from the workroom of the event. Once you locate and click into an event, click the Workroom link.

All the versions of the event will be on the top right corner. You can click into the dropdown to access the full list of versions. If you click on one of the versions it will open in a new browser tab so you can view both versions separately.

At this time we don't have a way to revert to an older version, but you may view the previous version to compare changes or to print a previous version if needed. To print or create a PDF of a previous version, you may use your browser settings to turn the page into a printable page.

For example in Chrome you can click into your browser settings and select Print from the menu as seen below:

From the Print screen you can modify the settings to adjust how to either print the event or to turn it into a PDF.
